Please review the House Policies below before Reserving

Seating at HIYDE is limited and we often reach capacity quickly. We strongly encourage making a reservation to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows.

For parties of four (4) or more, reservations must be booked directly with the venue via phone or through our Contact Us page.

• Note: A reservation deposit is required per person and is applied toward that evening’s cover charge.

• Tables are reserved for up to 2 hours from the time you’re seated.
• We only enforce the 2-hour limit when the house reaches 80% capacity (or a waitlist is active).
• If you’d like to keep the night going after your table time, we’ll happily move you to the bar & lounge and transfer your tab—easy.
• A brief 10-minute grace is offered for service delays or celebrations.

• Want to stay at your table for the next set? Ask for a Second Set Pass- $15  (based on availability during peak times).
• Not required to move to the bar—only to keep the same table.

• A 2-drink minimum or food purchase per guest applies once per evening (it doesn’t reset if you add a Second Set Pass).

• Cover charge: $15 (excludes special events)
• Service charge: A 20% service charge is added to all checks. Thank you for supporting our team.

• Manager discretion applies for VIPs, large parties, birthdays, and service-recovery situations.
• If you have timing needs (cakes, surprises, late arrivals), just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do I owe another drink minimum if I buy a Second Set Pass?
No. The 2-drink minimum applies once per guest per evening.

Do I need a Second Set Pass if I’m okay moving to the bar?
No. The Pass is only to keep your table.

When do you enforce the 2-hour table time?
When the room is 80% full (or a waitlist is active). On slower nights we’re flexible.

What if the kitchen/bar is running behind?
We’ll extend or waive timing as needed—just talk to your server or a manager.
